Job Description | Promote and sell TMT bars to the dealers/sub-dealers in the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Visit dealer counters daily according to the beat plan.Provide excellent service and address queries or concerns. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. Appoint new dealers and contribute to network expansion.Do market analysis with competitors’ products, scheme and availability. |
Educational Qualification | Graduate / Post Graduate |
Experience | 2- 8 years of prior experience in TMT Sales. |
Ideal Candidate would have | Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive and result-driven approach Familiarity with concern geographical region .Must posses a two wheeler and a valid two wheelers license. |
