Position: Territory Sales Officer – Channel Sales
Reporting to: Territory Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Promote and sell cement of various brands to the dealers/sub-dealers in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Visit dealer counters daily according to the beat plan.
• Provide excellent service and address queries or concerns.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Appoint new dealers and contribute to network expansion.
• Do market analysis with competitors’ products, scheme and availability.

Experience: 1 to 5 years in Channel Sales .
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / BBA / MBA
Ideal Candidate would have:

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and result-driven approach
• Familiarity with concern geographical region .
• Must posses a two wheeler and a valid two wheelers license.

Languges known : Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
