Through the option of presenting heartfelt gratitude, we recognize the august presence of the chief minister, no other than the honourable Mamata Banerjee, who was the distinguished guest on this memorable day. She does not only have the ceremonial duties that she is expected to perform. For Dr. Shashi Panja whose education, swift progress in industrial development including technology and resource governance as well helps in incorporating environmental sustainability as a tool. Thus, she is a progressive leader.
